I just started messing with Precision X this morning and for some reason it's not showing the Power or Memory temperatures and the GPU temp isn't colored in:

After I turned the fan curve to aggressive, since my GPU temperature was obscenely high when playing Far Cry 3, the fans have been making a lot of noise unless I turn it on to quiet despite the GPU temperature being very low. Looking at the thermal LEDs on the card it seems that the Memory and Power ones are both red as of the time I took that screen grab while the GPU one is blue.

I followed Mikeamesh's post and now it's showing all three temps, thanks!

Wow, it's really a pain in the ass to have to do all of this when buying a brand new top-of-the-line 1080 Ti FTW3 card installed on a brand new build PC with a completely fresh install of Win 10 Pro.  Sad that we have to jump through hoops to get the software to work properly so it doesn't pop a fuse in the meantime because it can't tell what the temps are.  Be back in a while....

Ok, fortunately for me all I had to do was power off completely, unplug the power cable from my PSU (EVGA 750 P2), wait 10 seconds then power everything back on.  Still a pain, but didn't have to do nearly as much as others to get this working the way it should.

I hate to chime in here with "the same issue" but it is, just I'm running GTX 1060 6gb.  Also cannot seem to set an aggressive profile, or make any lasting changes.  Have to manually wind it up to 100% fan speed because I use headphones and cannot tell if fans are fluctuating in-game or not.  Fresh install of P XOC (6.1.15) this morning, all profile data deleted from previous versions.  Current vid driver is 385.28.  GeForce Experience also updated this morning to 3.9.0.61

If I need to start a new thread for this, lemme know.  Don't think I've ever posted in here before.  Thanks for any and all help.

Yes, it would be best to start your own thread. Only icx cards display the power & memory temp inside xoc.
