Precision X OSD showing wrong FPS with DXtory running

Hey guys, 
 
just wondering if anybody else ran into this yet:
When I start DXtory (2.0.142) in BF4 (Overwatch works fine), EVGA Precision X OSD 6.1.6 is occasionally showing me a framerate of 30 FPS in-game, while DXtory is telling me I have 100+ (which I have). After a couple minutes it would change to the real FPS again but then it starts again with "dropping" to 30 and so on.
 
Anybody got any idea on how to fix this?

    Does precision show the correct stats when not running dxtroy?

    Yep! It's working fine until I start DXtory, then the FPS randomly drop to 29FPS. Also happens in GTAV btw. Every other display seems to be fine though, CPU temp, GPU temp etc.

    They're conflicting with each other. Run one or the other. Don't run both at the same time.

    Mine does the same in Witcher 3. I have it target locked to 60 fps which displays correctly on Steam OSD but is all over the place down to 29 and 30 in EVGA Precision x. I have turned off the Steam FPS  counter and it still shows wrong in EVGA Precision x
