I recently built myself a new pc like 1-2 weeks ago with these specs:

Ryzen 9 5900x
Asus ROG Strix 570x Crosshair VIII Dark Hero
RTX 3080
Trident Neo 3200 14cl 32gb
2x 980 Pro Evo 1TB and 2TB NVMe SSD
1000W Corsair PSU 80+ Gold

I came across a problem with sleep mode, sometimes, not always when I put my pc to sleep all of the RGB will turn off, except the motherboard and the RAM, and the power button on my case will start flashing, when that happens, I can turn my pc back on from sleep, but other times the RAM RGB will turn off, the motherboard will stay on, and the power button won't flash, those times I cant turn my pc back on from sleep. I don't know what's causing this but it seems the longer my pc is on the more likely I won't be able to turn it back on from sleep, it's not always though just more frequent. So yea it's basically a 50 50 chance for it to be able to be turned back on or not. Any Idea what could fix this so I can always turn it on from sleep and not half the time?

Is your PC set to turn off completely after sleeping for hours? In the Windows sleep settings, it should be set to "never". I'd also check for similar sleep settings in the BIOS, if any exist.

when you suspend the pc, a small amount of current consumes it anyway, to keep the ram awake, so as not to lose data. In my opinion it can happen that when you have rgb gaming components, they steal the energy that the ram needs to keep it on, and therefore to be able to restart the system.
You can try physically disconnecting the RGB cables, to see if you get 100% success when you suspend. If so, you have already understood that if you want the lights on you have to change the power supply to one that pushes more energy.

Personally I grew tired of Windows sleep. I disabled all sleep functionality.
