https://www.pcgamer.com/this-call-of-duty-black-ops-cold-war-zombies-mode-is-playstation-exclusive-for-a-year/ saw is and was really disappointed because i already preordered ultimate edition of cold war on pc for zombies alone, they did the same with mw last year and i ended up getting it on ps4 first because of that, at least it has crossplay so i was gonna pick up a ps5 copy anyways to play it with my gf, but it is really annoying that we are still doing exclusive modes for consoles. I have a feeling that this will only get worse now that microsoft bought zenimax i can see sony going and buying some other big developer on like Ubisoft or take two

Who cares? It's just the "Zombie Onslaught" mode. Regular zombie mode will be available for everyone.

it has rewards that you can use in multiplayer locked behind it and gives multiplayer progression, sony did exclusive op guns in multiple games now and i guarantee you this will have the same thing

A year long exclusive is pretty much a death sentence for anyone else to get into it then - since they keep on their continual year after year NEW game release schedule ...

I agree a year for call of duty is too long to be exclusive. By the time it goes to everyone else we will all be buying Call of Duty Civil War next year or something like that.

I agree a year for call of duty is too long to be exclusive. By the time it goes to everyone else we will all be buying Call of Duty Civil War next year or something like that.
yeah spec ops survival was ps4 exclusive and we never heard anything about it since then, i think exclusivity for it ends in a few days but everyone already forgot it even exists

What rewards and progression are you concerned about? A few weapon skins and player models? Again that's a big can of "who cares?" if you ask me.

exclusive blueprints that give guns better stats or outright exclusive guns, sony has done that before where they have guns you can only get on ps4

It's a CoD title. They could put a CoD title on a pile of crap and people would still pay them for it. Bad behavior is rewarded with certain game series devs. It's a Pavlov reaction. Oh, there is a new CoD, must buy it. That is the true zombie mode people should be complaining about instead.

Sadly i do end up buying it every year but i get a couple hundred hours out of it at least, its one of those games i can put music on and grind zombies to level up, its a good games to relax with since its so casual and i dont need to think about anything while playing it and i can play it for 5 minutes or an hour compared to something like wow where if i get on it i will need to dedicated at least an hour to get anywhere and will probably have to be looking thru guides on my second screen and asking people in guild to party up with me, where is with cod i just boot it up, put music on and start grinding multiplayer or zombies, this exclusivity bs worked tho, i already had ultimate edition preordered on pc and now im gonna end up buying it on ps5 as well but i was probably gonna do that anyways so i can play with my gf
