Congrats on elite! The best thing to do would be to enter the queue for as many 3080 Ti models that would work with your system (assuming they are in your price range).

Announcement date May 31st, reviews date June 2nd, launch date June 2nd or 3rd for the 3080 Ti. The launch date for the 3070 Ti will probably be June 9th or 10th. Although this is not officially, these rumored dates have not changed over the last couple of weeks. On launch day you can sign up for the queue, but you have to be very quick in order to get a card within reasonable time.

Old products are already open for the general public. Otherwise they would not be old products. Elite Members have a head-start of 24 hours on new products.

Ok, so it's as easy as clicking on "auto notify" in the store for the product you want. I just got in the queue for every 3060Ti, 3070, and 3080. Fingers crossed I get one this year!
3060 is looking like your closest bet, being a newer released card and what seems to be a more common die than the 3080. 3070/3080 queues are miles out of the way for their distrbution dates.

This thread is managed by a member of the community who takes people's input on when they receive their notification for their graphics card(s), and uses that to give a rough estimate of where the queue is for each card's notification. You can also go on google and search up "EVGA North America Queue Summary" in order to find a document kept up with this information if you don't feel like rummaging through the thread for your card/SKU
