People request eVGA to make a GTX670 FTW backplate.
eVGA makes GTX670 FTW backplate.
Deserving of the extra money IMHO.

There is no need for different screws at least with the XSPC water block. I used the screws the water block came with and everything is flush and making good contact -  I am missing 8 mounting points on the back plate but its as sturdy as can be so it doesn't seem like a big deal at all.

I saw it on another board, but someone managed to fit LED's between the card and the backplate and it looked preeeeettty damn sexy. Just an idea for those with these in route.

I don't think it is them that are sick, think it is the shipping company :). I bought more stuff from them so I didn't konw the shipping cost for 1pcs of backplate, but you are right that it is too much if you take just one.

Lots of stuff takes months to appear for EVGA EU, some stuff never becomes available, the 560 ti classy ultra was never around for purchase in europe for example.

No Way it can go that high!!! a 670 FTW hitting 1406mhz. Hard to believe and imagine. Can you give me screen shots of it. But the main thing is can you prove that it is stable at that high. If you can do those things for me I would love to shake your hand on how FANTASTIC of card you have.

With Stock cooling  With MK13 from prolimatech, not the best VRAM and mosfet cooling. After 5 Hours of playing BF3 with maximum details and Full HD i have some artefacts - is a heatproblem,...wayne i use this card with water later :D

i think EVGA dont understant the demand of this backplates! i try to buy one from 1 week and they r out of stock ..... i got the WC for my comp on the way and if i dont have the backplate i cant put all my comp up and running!...... that's frustrating !

How is asking for 670 FTW backplates in Europe off topic from a thread titled "Official Pettion for GTX 670 FTW Backplates from EVGA?" Seems like the comments being posted now is right on topic. And I'm posting in here now because they have been out of stock for a while and I am wondering if they will be making more. My 670 FTW feels naked without it.
