I got my notification at 1:53 est and my score is like 56. I'm also skipping this last KP. Too close to the next gen and being forced to buy a PSU with it as well.
interesting. my understanding of how they'd deprioritize people in the queue who previously purchased a gpu is they were within tiers, so queue 2.0 SKUs were separate from queue 3.0 SKUs. but I bought a decent amount of cards in 2.0 so perhaps that deprioritized me for this one? oh well, i bought it from a friend

I bought one card in 2.0 for my brother and I got my email at 1:53 est with a score of 1795. It's a real bummer you haven't gotten an email (yet). Once they started the evga score system I started hustling the associates program. Kinda wish I had been doing it all along. I don't care about the money as much as I do the priority purchasing.

Makes sense. I have a handful of friends with high scores from the hustle so I never bothered. Before I even knew they dropped today 3 people offered me one lol
I do not appreciate the price or bundle but despite it being late in the generation, I still think we won’t see any 40 series kingpin action until December or January. And that metal shroud is very…metal
My score is up over 150 now but that’s no match for the hustlers. Hope y’all waiting to purchase get those emails soon! I’m off to the beach 🏖

Just got the email notification. Too expensive and too late in the cycle plus having to get a psu that I don't need?
Now people are saying that a regular 3090 KPE beats the TI in some benchmarks? No way...
I guess I'll pass. I'll keep my KPE and Hybrid til next gen arrives.

I just got my notification. My notify was at 6:13:59AM PST on the first day queue opened.
I don't mean to give EVGA a hard time, but can anyone explain why EVGA decided to bundle a P2 1600W power supply with the Kingpin?
I already have a Corsair AX1600i (80+ Titanium) in my personal rig. Why is EVGA forcing us to buy an 80+ Platinum PSU with the GPU?
Why oh why?

Most likely because you'll need 6x 8-pins to power the card with the included adapters, or 8 8-pins when using a power link.

Well I got my notify email today but I'm just going to let it expire, so there will be one more card available for someone else to snag. Forcing the purchase of yet another power supply with a card was a very poor choice and is reason enough for me to skip this card and just snag the next generation (which might even be in just a couple of months).

That KP adapter states sold separately.. So strange they want you to buy the new PSU with the card.

I just seen the power link adapter pictured on the 3090 ti kpe page. EVGA PowerLink™ 52u. Looks like it only allows you to connect 5 8-pins? Only 5? That is less than the included adapters which would allow up to 6 8-pins. 6x150 = 900w. 5x150 = 750w Shouldn't it be 8x150 = 1200w.

Officially decided to pass on my opportunity as well. Not because of the bundle — which I could actually use — but because of how long it took to get this one released with the 40 series right on its heels, and the underwhelming benchmarks which just aren’t impressive enough to justify the investment. My current 3090 KP is still going strong. Good luck to the next person in line!
