It isn't just that you get such small gains around 5-15%, but the fact that overclocking causes almost no increase whatsoever. I wonder how many people that game at 1440p bought this card thinking it would be faster for more than double the price.
 
I plan to use mine with Blender if I can ever get one and game only in 4k and VR. It makes me wonder though if the 3080 20GB would render the 3090 obsolete ish. Maybe there is still hope for the 3090 Kingpin?




Isn't this card currently gimped in rendering applications like blender tho? And nvidia is saying thats "as intended"?

Honestly the 3090 fits what some people need in their builds! the issue is just how the market things
