Nu Audio Pro Card doesn't work.

Hi guys
I hope you can help me. I can't get my Nu Audio Pro soundcard to work in my system.
After installing the card in the PCIe slot (power connected to the card), I install the drivers. After installing the drivers, I am asked to unplug the card and then plug it back in. After another reboot of the system, I always get a sound card error in the device driver (code 10). I have already tried everything here. Different PCIe slot, driver reinstallation, different power connector). I even replaced the sound card via RMA process. I received a completely new sound card. Unfortunately the error remains.
 






I am using an Asus Maximus XI Hero motherboard with the latest BIOS version and the latest driver. The onboard audio is deactivated. I haven't made any special changes to the BIOS.
 
Do you have any ideas what I could do here to solve the problem?

    Do you try another slot?
