No LEDs on New Card 2070 Super Black Gaming

Just threw it in and re-installed everything fresh. Precision settings don't seem to matter. I never get any LED lighting on the card.
 
Power plugs are both on and good, card seems to benchmark pretty well...

    The card may not have any leds as it's a black edition card. Call evga support for further confirmation.

    I coulda swore my 1070 was a Black and had it, but no, it was a SC.

    Typically if it has Black in the title it will be a non LED/Backplate variant.
