Card is fully functional, and there are no issues with it currently? Can the card pass 3dmark time spy extreme, and 3dmark port royal without crashing? Does the card come with a 16-pin power adapter cable? Has the card ever been overvolted? What is the max power limit of the card in watts?

Will the invoice be issued with the RRP/MSRP price after a successful auction? payment options? That would be important.

They've stated there is no warranty with the card..think the invoice might only be useful for taxes.

Yes, I ship the card later outside of the US for me, and it's better for tax calculation. This will also define my bid limit.

"You" EVGA? Or, "you" the person bidding?
You the person bidding: I don't think you can claim a tax credit in any country since you are physically receiving the object you are bidding for which is a collector's item with perceived value. The perceived value is the value the collector was willing to pay.
You EVGA: I don't know why you are asking, unless you are trying to justify disqualifying some bidders. That sounds like EVGA's problem.

(I am not a CPA, tax accountant .... so "just my opinion" based on my personal experiences - best to seek qualified advice from a licensed professional)

If EVGA provides a receipt/ statement that states the Value of the item you receive - then - any amount over the stated Value should be considered a donation that your Tax expert could review.

The other question might be who do you actually make payment to?  though you still need a proper statement that recognizes the amount paid, over the value of the actual item

As it is a collectors' item, I would think that the value would be hard to determine, and would best be defined as the value collectors are willing to pay. I would think that there would be no additional value "over" perceived value.

    Please see below :

Invoice : EVGA will issue an invoice in USD for the amount of the ending bid (amount charged to credit card)
Payment Options : Valid US Visa or Mastercard (charged by EVGA's US office).  A document will be required to be signed stating that EVGA has permission to charge the card.  If only an international credit card is available, EVGA will attempt to charge but can't guarantee a successful transaction.  Please note, the graphics card can only be shipped within the US and with the following exceptions :

EVGA does not accept the use of the following address listings for any purchases.
  • Hotels or Motels
  • Mail or Package forwarding companies
  • Private Mailboxes
  • APO/FPO Addresses for orders over $200 USD (due to shipping restrictions)
  • UPS Stores or Stores with shipping mailboxes
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Addresses that are non-standard or cannot be confirmed as a house or work place

Anyone can participate and we can ship within the US/Canada anyone outside of that would need to have a valid US shipping address that is not a freight/mail forwarder

Thank you, I have received a valid shipping address inside US with my name. (registered from shipito.com, is shipito.com allowed?).

Unfortunately, this would be considered a freight forwarding company.

Is the GPU identified by the driver as a fully standard GeForce RTX 4090? That is, so long as other standard RTX 4090 products remain supported by NVIDIA's drivers, so too will this Next Gen Graphics card?

Furthermore, are all aspects of the card functional; for example all HDMI/displayport, RGB control via EVGA software, etc.?

    Thank you!

Yes, however, there are no guarantees on future driver support. All other aspects of the card are functional.

Hmm well well, I see a lot of new members posting "so called bids" in that thread, even those that never made a post anywhere else, how can you even trust such posters anyways?
Most are there to up the price even it's kind of senseless, what about fake bidders, can you actually know?

So you may want to be careful who makes bids in there left alone fraudulent bidders/buyers, left alone if there are people in Russia, Shipping to Russia is near to left alone possible and in most countries it's illegal as well.
All in all I hope this card goes to good and to someone that knows how to treat such a card.

At x-3dfx we ran in to similar issues, hence my post of it here.
I hope all goes well with that sale and no I have no interest in it, I prefer a real Vodooo5 6000, my card is in Girona, Espana currently

Hey, why was my auction bid removed?  I was the highest bidder, I bid before the time ran out, I was 2 posts above the last bidder and my post was deleted.  I absolutely bid before the time ran out.  I even took a screenshot of my completed bid before the time ran out.

This would be because the bids were only in increments of 100 and you had bid above that amount.

    Hello Veratu,

Bids are only allowed in $100 increments as explained in the original post.  I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thank You,

That's truly unfortunate, I was anticipating a flurry of bids (and I was right) to come in the last 5 seconds, so I bid a little higher to ensure I was under the time and to not go into a "who can press the button in the last 3 seconds and hope their $100 bid is the right bid" situation, which is exactly what happened with multiple people bidding $12,400.

Gg @pavlovgaming and @veratu. No hard feelings on my part. @pentaxianhere, congrats and if you could please share the two vbios (extract via GPUZ) for historical purposes that would be greatly appreciated. One is an XOC vbios that should be interesting. Thanks!

Woke up this morning realizing there was a small hiccup in the auction. There was an under bid near the end, but the subsequent bids weren’t removed. Feel free to remove those and call me the winner :).

Just kidding. Everything was all good. Have a great weekend!
