I have some questions about my temps. I'm generally seeing an 8-10C coolant delta over ambient under sustained load and a GPU temp of 47-50C. Ambient is currently 24C - coolant max 33-34C. Someone has said my GPU temps are high for the water temperature I have, is this correct? I would like to add that the GPU temp raises very quickly into the 40's once load is applied, almost immediately and before the coolant has even risen 2-3C. Is that normal?

Your temperatures are fine. The coolant temperature will fluctuate slower than GPU and CPU temperatures.

Thanks. I'm running in a fairly balmy 25-26C room temperature so I guess this isn't too bad for those conditions. Staying in the low 40's would be nice but I rarely break 50 so I'm pretty happy with that...

    Nice Rig

Your 40 mm rad is a good size & 60 mm would of course offer more cooling

How much load is the CPU under with those temps ?

Voltage for CPU & GPU still makes a big difference in heat even with Water cooling

    Pump speed ?

    Fan speed ?

Thanks.  60mm is getting a bit thick for this build, I'm pretty much at the limit for radiator sizing... It may be possible to get a slim 420 in the front but it would be a very tight fit with the 360 up top.

Those are peak temps on the CPU for gaming and I'm currently playing Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Metro Exodus. The average CPU core temperatures for gaming are 47-50C. The 8700K is delidded running at 5Ghz 1.255V. High load CPU stress tests seem to top out at about the same 60-64C...

I'm running the pump at a constant 2400 RPM. I'm not sure the the loop cools any better with say 3000 RPM or more but need to test that further... I have Corsair LL fans and they are not great radiator fans unfortunately but I have them for the RGB. I'm maxing the 3x120's out at 1500 RPM on the 360 and 1400 RPM on the 280 rad's 2 x 140's to keep the coolant delta where it is. The noise level is not bad at all so I'm not unhappy...
