cant upload photo and so cant partecipate Mod Rigs contest

Hi all, before contact support, i want ask to communities, i've upload all my result for my first build, but when i try to upload a photo (update images slots) i cant see my image resized
i've try all my browser, safari, chrome, firefox nothing
did you know something like that?

    Hi, i'm sorry, it wasn't an size problems, but i'had to modify the original  image, resize and save into .jpeg extension
    after that i uploaded correctly
    form cant upload a jpeg directly from iphone format
