New X17 Mouse - EVGA Unleash F13 Question

Hi I just received the X17 I ordered, looking at the Unleash software i have a question.
 
I currently use F13 as my PTT key in discord, the Unleash software only allows assigning F1 - F12 to keys.
 
Can we see about getting an update that includes F13 - F24?

    I was actually able to create a macro and assign it to my mouse key - while using a plain letter it works, but when i bind it to f13 it doesn't actually send to windows properly.  is f13 getting blocked or something possibly?

    With F12 - this works

     
    With F13 - the macro recognizes it as a valid key, but when i push the button on the mouse nothing happens

    no glaring issues for me so far. would like the ability to disable profiles I'm not using (comes with 5). everything else seems okay, pretty basic I suppose.

    Well lucky for you the Unleash software opens up , i can't even get the app to open, eagerly waiting for a updated version.

    So easy, just change the profile cycle buttons to change to specific profiles instead.

    Quick search on google makes it sound like you need to make a macro of shift+F1.

    I have plenty of other keyboard and mouse keys rebound to f13 that work fine and plenty of programs listening to f-13 as a hot key working fine. Even with the custom macro in the EVGA unleash set to f12 it works fine but if I set it to f13 ( which it recognizes as a valid keystroke to setting the macro key ) it doesn't trigger that key to the system. it seems like it's the EVGA unleashed software blocking f13 itself.

    It probably got overlooked. You can add that to my backlog wish list thread. I'm hoping they look at that and take action soon.

    Try uninstalling all EVGA programs currently on your computer and reinstalling. Do not install the LED sync as that program is still being looked at by our software team in order to integrate more options.

    The software has been pretty easy to use and straight forward. I like that they made the mouse and keyboard software one program. It makes it easy to use if you are using both of them. Hopefully they allow a link of RGB colors between mice and keyboards.

    Bumping this again as it's been another two months almost.  Really need better mapping F13-24 is supported by most other systems.
