Sources seem to be harder to find than expected... Just seems weird to me though. I mean... If what he said is right though. Look at a nugget and imagine that 44% of it was actually 100% chicken and the rest of was all of the other stuff. The breaded part of it is very thin, the other 56% of the nugget can't be the breaded part. Things are just not adding up.

Oh well... Guess the site my fiance had linked me to is a hit or miss site. Ive been linked a few other things from that site and it had a legitimate source every other time. Didn't look into this one enough cause I gave the site too much credit. I'll have to be more skeptical in the future.

Chick-fil-A? I'm pretty sure that's real pure chicken. And they cook their fries in Canola oil now :)

Why does it matter how it's made?  It's still coming from the chicken and it's still really tasty.  What about hotdogs? Honestly how many people don't like hotdogs?  It's not like people eat it every day.  Yeah it's not super healthy but I wouldnt say I'll never eat it again.

Why waste the rest of the chicken?  Lots of societies use every part of the animals they kill and try not to let any go to waste.  This is just us being less wasteful.  I say good.

I generally eat Hebrew National hot dogs. Kosher and 100% all beef, no nasty stuff at all. And damn tasty!

one food i will never it is fish sticks.. that stuff is just nasty looking when it's being made. was watching Science channel and "how is it made" show and they did fish sticks.. it is all real fish..  but they do basically take the meat and turn it into some what of a paste..  spread out in blocks and freeze..  i didn't care for them to start but even more so now.  if i want fish it's sushi for me

beware of the see through packages of nuggets at the grocery store you know the ones that come with like 50 of em for $5.99 at Tops friendly markets and other stores.   They i guarantee are manufactured in this manner.  I have really good eyesight especially when examining something up close and these nuggets when you tear em apart look like they were made with flour like dough flavored with chicken broth.
 
Now i have examined mcdonalds nuggets and I have found that they have real white meat chicken in them with a lttle chicken fat too.
 
Like mom says buy some boneless chicken breast and spend the time to make your own.
