Add some fan to keep the card cooler ... preset is for quiet operation ... factory aggressive curve is a nice balance of sound & temps

Push the Temp & Power targets to Max

You Card will only push the MHz the load requires

Run a benchmark software like Time Spy & look at GPU-Z sensor tab to see what the card is doing

Sounds like the card may be broken. Have you tried to reinstall the drivers after cleaning them out with display driver uninstaller?

If your card is stuck at 139 mhz in all games the card has a problem.

OK, looks like there something going with CoD warzone...

    Lets start from beginning

I reset my Bios in motherboard (GA-B150M-DS3H)
PC was running perfect with gpu perfect state
80-100fps very stable, the shooting was smooth everything going correct
Next game, while playing in mid game the fps went down to 30 fps and the GPU was not using power and back to 139mhz...

I did reset the bios once again, all perfect couple of games going nice, and then once again...

I dont really know whats going on... but the only game making my gpu do this is CoD warzone... the next photo is a screenshot of GPU-Z when that happened

And the solution was? To make links show on the forums you'll need to put spaces in your links as you don't have enough posts yet to properly link.

There you go, Clean uninstall the drives with ddu and DC the ethernet, installing the 442.74 Drivers, Restart and try the game, it worked
