Recently my computer has begun freezing when playing games. White squares show up and the sound freezes to a buzzing noise of whatever was happening.
 
This is what my screen has looked like on multiple occasions.
 

 
My computer specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K CPU @ 4.2 GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 GAMING
Mobo: MSI Z270 GAMING M5
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3 
Windows 10 64bit

If its within 30 days of purchase you'll forsure get a new card.. cross ship like your saying is extra.. think k they at least want a credit card for deposit.. but no doubt ask.

This is no long true. You will get a new card if one is available. If not, they send you a refurb.

Gotta check those warranties...EVGA keeps chipping away at them.

When did they get rid of the lifetime warranty?
 
Edit: Seems kind of dumb I need a ticket number to submit an RMA.

The last motherboard I have with a lifetime warranty is my X58 E770.  All boards since then are the standard 3 years.  The last GPU's I have with a lifetime warranty are my 580's.  My 670's and beyond all have the standard 3 year...

I haven't RMA'd yet, but it was the graphics card that was causing this, correct? Like it stopped for a certain games but it started again.
 
One of the times my computer recovered from it without having to restart it and the game I was playing spit out this message

But earlier in this thread from what I was told I'm pretty sure it was GPU. I just wanna double check before I start an RMA. Thank you!

Which Nvidia driver - have you tried newer ones ?

Use DDU for a clean driver install ---- Only install the GPU driver & PhysX

Any errors in Control Panel ?
 
What settings in Nvidia Control Panel ?
 
Does this happen in other Games or benchmarks - like Fire Strike ?

Go to you windows tiles ( Search Box )
type in EVENT VIEWER
Select EVENT VIEWER
Select > WINDOWS LOGS
Select SYSTEM
Allow the page to load. EXAMPLE: https://gyazo.com/9c6c5d08af98a4ed88771aecfb40b286
In the center of the page scroll down till you see the first ERROR
LEFT CLICK on the error & take note of the ERRORS LISTED
EXAMPLE: 10016 as shown in the picture above.
 
In the center pane of the EVENT VIEWER you can select GENERAL & find what is causing the crash & if you need to post the issue you can simply snap a pic of it by using Gyazo ( FREE )

From the information provided in the EVENT VIEWER one can usually determine the fault of the ERROR code by Google Search or provide information to others. If you wish to supply a view of the error I will attempt to assist you in resolving.
