Any luck?

I have to be fair and update this.  I don't know why this keeps happening, but sometimes when Windows Updates, or Discord Updates, it changes the speaker output and mic input settings from the NuAudio to "default" which is what is causing the problems.  I have currently changed the settings from "Default"  back to the NuAuio, rebooted and there hasn't been an issue for a while.  I have done this before without success, but so far this time I have not had issues for several weeks.  I just think this is an unstable driver issue or something, I don't know.  I'm not knowledgeable enough to say other then this should not be happening.  I have contacted EVGA support before, over a year ago and apparently you have to delete left over files if you have updated this driver the last update, which would not affect me since I've reinstalled windows a few times and installed the latest driver.  Just weird issues, but at least for the time being its working.  I bought the MassDrop HD6XX headphones and this NuAudio Card sounds even better!  I'm thinking about an op amp upgrade, anyone think its worth it?  I'll keep my Sennheiser GSX1000 DAC/AMP for my laptop for the time being as the NuAudio owns it in sound quality and power.

Check the OP-Amp post in this forum for more info. I updated mine and it makes a fantastic dedicated sound card even better.

It is included in the driver download at: https://www.evga.com/support/download/ on the 'Other Products' tab, choose the 'Audio Card' category, press 'Submit', and choose the right driver for your product and OS.

Yup, in the system tray.
Is there an EVGA entry in your start menu?

Have you tried connecting the headphones directly to the NU Audio card?

I was able to get it to work, was a windows setting and downloading older version of the software.   I went thru the software from the latest and went backwards till it all worked.

New question now, what do you guys consider the best Opamp for the line out ?

Check through the forum history here for folks that have swapped them out. The Burson V5is are what I used and I'm not disappointed. Others have gone with the V6 Vivid, as well as other brands.
STILL the best dedicated sound card on the planet, IMO. :)

Hi, does anyone else have a problem after the latest Windows 11 update?

Sound works as normal, but I can no longer launch the app. And the icon is not showing in the system tray.
In Task Manager I can see that NUA.exe is running, but the UI is not visible anywhere.

Happened today only, I assume might be related to windows update as nothing else has changed.
