Reiterating the OP's rules and purpose of the thread!  If you cannot follow the request of the OP then I recommend you post in the other Heaven Benchmark thread.  This thread was not for bragging rights but to see where you rig rates against others at the below settings.  Thanks!

Rules:

__Benchmark testing to be done with Heaven v2.1
__Benchmark testing to be done with a resolution of  1024 x 768  (Not everyone can run the same resolution, so this is the base)
__Benchmark testing to be done with the following enabled: DirectX11, Shaders on HIGH, Tessallation on EXTREME, Anisotropy on 16, Anti-aliasing on 8X with FULL SCREEN enabled. 

The purpose of this thread is for everyone to use the same base settings so the results can be examined.


Please just post a screenshot of your results and list the number of GPU's used along with the clocks.

Thanks hemi, that is weird that your 570 shows up. Maybe a clean reinstall of Heaven might fix it.

Do you plan on going 3-way with those 580's?

Probably not. Running SLI with the 470 dedicated to PhysX works really well across the board. I get better FPS in Mafia II for example than someone running TRI SLI 580's without a dedicated PhysX card. Metro 2033 with everything maxed including DOF and tesselation is over 50 FPS...




  Thanks for the feedback Hemi. I was looking at the vantage thread for the 580's and two of them look like the 'sweet spot' for games based on input from others. I like the power they provide as a pair. Three 580's might be overboard for me. But for now, I'll stick with what I got, till I can afford a second one.

I was amazed that you got it to run. At 1024X768 I can't get the bench to 'hook' after double-clicking on the icon to start it.It Keeps going back to the desktop. I've reinstalled drivers and the heaven benchmark twice with no dice. A higher res works fine, no problemo.

Everything maxed was too much for the cards with 1.5MBs of vram.. I'm sure the 3GB 580 cards could do better.
 
The settings used was all that i could use without going higher on the memory usage.. It was runing the whole time at 1524MBs and peaked at 1536 once!

@ AHowes- Considering that was done at an extremely high res, your fps results are actually very good. Awesome temps too! You have a very nice triple display setup.

Thanks!  Yeah it ran surpisingly butter smooth at those settings. I just wish i could use my cards overclocked for the original max settings at 1024x768.  I tried a few different timings and it would black screen within the first 30 secs everytime.

Everything maxed was too much for the cards with 1.5MBs of vram.. I'm sure the 3GB 580 cards could do better.

The settings used was all that i could use without going higher on the memory usage.. It was runing the whole time at 1524MBs and peaked at 1536 once!
