Well the Black Ice Radiator here is exactly 25mm thick, so I think I'll get that one and order another set of fans if a push/pull configuration would fit (I'll test by attaching fans I already have).  For all I know, if I wait to order the case until I actually do this upgrade, they may change some things...

Most 1" fans are only 25mm so two of them would fit assuming you arent using rubber spacers/fan silencers.

Not most of them....

I recommedned the Stealth because it is an excellent performer for it size, however, I misadded in my head P/P recommendation for the radiator, as it wouldn't fir there.  25mm rad and a AP 15 in pull is a good bet, if they are out of stock again/still, then the Yate Loon is a good substitute.
50mm is a tight area for rad and fan but BI makes exceptional thin rads.

Thanks for those links. I think I may grab the scythe fans (medium speed) for the push fans. I'm trying to go as quiet as possible.

I think I've got it!
I can get some of these.  The only REAL issue I've heard with clearance for the cosmos 2 is for the 8 pin MB power connector not being able to fit with a full fan there.  Maybe with one of these, I can feed it through, since this fan has no casing around it like other fans?
Also, if people have better suggestions for cases that will fit all of my components better, I'm all ears.  I REALLY like the cosmos 2, but if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.
Thanks again

**EDIT**
I have to look at some specs, but I found these 15mm thick fans as well.

Just placed my order for the GT Stealth 360 Rad.  $61 Shipped.  I would have waited and gotten a colored one, but I'm never gonna look in the top of my case, so I just got black.  Will see when I build if I have room for push/pull in the Cosmos 2, or if I get another case.

yes most of them, count the number of fans in 25mm vs what you posted and you will see that MOST 120mm fans are 25mm. yes the make other sizes but they are lesser models available in those sizes.

Hey guys, I was looking into cases today, should i decide against the Cosmos 2, and found this.  What are your opinions on this manufacturer/case, or is there somewhere else I should look?
Thanks again.

How much does the Cosmo 2 cost? What sort of price range do you have for a case? I have suggested the HAF-932 or HAF-X in the past because of its available air flow and water cooling potential. However their costs range from $130 to $200.

Honestly my price range is Cosmos 2 and below.  The Cosmos 2 is $350.  I have the HAF 932, I'm just looking for the most future proof case with the best expandability.  Also, the case is going to be a gift from the parents.  If the price goes up to $365 (I found some "custom" case at mountain mods or something) that's fine as well.  So I guess $370 and below

Like I said before when my post was deleted, the 25mm fans were mentioned before and I am aware of, thus check post #35, the OP is contemplating on getting the 15mm fans, which means my post helped the OP.

I have white tubing so would probably go black case if I got that one, but white cases are so nice haha.  Don't even know the cost of that one though

If you have the money for it IMO go with the Ascension from mm. That case boasts a TON of room and potential for water cooling. The U2-UFO also has a lot of room for water cooling rads and a lot of space for just about anything.

I'd been in your shoes before and the only logical answer is to get the best case for your money that can satisfy every need you have, not just the look or aesthetic of it, but how well the case is build and the warranty/accessories for the parts in case you loose them or break.

Yeah I know what you mean.  I'll probably stick with the Cosmos unless something noticeably better is released.  Maybe if I'm lucky they'll do a redesign similar to the Cosmos S, with a window this time.  But all I've ever had is Cooler Master, and everything they make is great.  I just wish someone would be able to tell me for sure the clearance up top there.

Well for your proice range, I would say, HAF932 over HAFX, as the 932 is a bit easier to get P/P configs into.  Now with the price of a Cosmos 2, I would go with a Corsair 800D, those are great cases, lots of room, look really good, all around a great case.

I dont have any experience with the case you had mentioned.

The 800D was my second choice.  The only thing about that one is that I don't want the side panel to bulge if I have a lot of cables, as in some of the reviews, the panels looked kind of flimsy and bent easily.  But it is very nice and I definitely have it in mind...

Alright guys...Currently I have an email going in to cancel my radiator order.  Based of a thread I started on Xtremesystems, there is no currently possible way of fitting a radiator in the top of this case comfortably.  Until they release a revised design (if they do) my current case of choice is the white NZXT Switch 810, which I hear is $164.

view the gallery on that case you linked there is a very nice build in there that even im very jealous of! it looks like you can do a 3X140  or 3x120 rad on the top in push/pull with more then enough room. it looks like an XSPC rad in there which is very thick so a gtx rad would give you more room. white case with white hoses will look so pimp!

haha that's what my dad said when I asked him :)  gotta love the dad who has no idea about computers but supports all my upgrades
White case, white hoses, WHITE FITTINGS?  Probably matte black fittings.  Use the dough i save to get custom sleeved cables from these forums, some angled fittings, and maybe a new GPU (GTX 560ti?).  Problem solved haha.

3x140 on the top of that case huh?  Nice.  Depending on how much room you have from the case to the mobo, you could use a Thermochill, as it uses 140 fan spacing, and they are very nice.

If you have the rad on order, if you got room, you could go with those Sanyo Danki 38mm fans, crazy static pressure, does well at under volting, one of the best rad fans out there.  And it is quieter than the 3K Ultra Kazes I have, even when they are turned down to closer to 2K with a fan controller.

Sorry, just to clear up, get the D5/MCP655 TOP or the actual PUMP?
Thanks

I would suggest the newer MCP 35x pump. I've spoken at length with Swiftech about the differences and they recommend that ones hands down for most purposes.

Now that white pump and res looks very sexy, not a big fan of white, due to dust around my way, but that really grabbed my interest.

yeah it would look nice now...but I already have a pump and top being delivered.  I got the koolance version of the MCP655.  It has higher head pressure than both the 35X and the 655 and it has higher flow rate at 1500L/h

Alright, so since I have officially decided on the NZXT case (barring a redesign of the Cosmos), can anybody recommend a better radiator, preferably under $80, and the quietest fans that would be good on a rad?  I'm going for as quiet as possible with this build.
Thanks a bunch everyone, you are all a great help to me :)
P.S. For those interested, I will most likely put up a build log when I start so people can see the finished product and how it's looking.

Push/pull space permitting is always the best. You will have more air flow vs just a single fan on push or pull and thus more effective cooling.

not always it depends on the rad. Rx rad by xspc there is no need for it. 3 degree difference in temps(minimal). Of course it might be more depending on your set up

Awesome man, thanks.  And those fans are pretty quiet?  I see they push a lot of air...so I'll put those as my 3 push fans, and use the enermax fans I ordered as the pull fans.
