I have used the Laptop a few times so far, and it's a really nice Laptop. There are 3 different color patterns for the keyboard keys. They all look really cool. Setting up the initial Windows software was a breeze. The mouse pad part of it responds well. Move the curser around using the outer part, and clicking in the middle, takes you where you want. I did however buy a separate wireless mouse that I use instead of the pad. The mouse was recognized right away. All I had to do was plug in the dongle, and push the pairing button on the mouse. All went well. There are 3 convenient 3.0 USB plugs. 2 on the right side, and 1 on the left. They give you stick on grips for the bottom, so it won't slide around. Battery lasts 5 to 6 hours. I keep the power cord plugged in while I'm using it, so I don't have to worry about the battery. The power cord has a heavy power supply on it. The cords length is perfect. Long length is good to put the Laptop well away from the wall plug. The screen looks really nice. It connects to our wireless internet just fine. Speed is really good. 
 
Finally I just want to say it runs fine. No problems so far. I haven't tried to play any games on it yet, but I will eventually. I can always update this review later on with game analysis.
 
Adding a Con: After turning it off with a full battery charge, the next time that I used it, the battery is totally drained. It won't even turn on. Have to plug in the wall charger.

Unfortunately I have the same issues regarding the battery beeing empty after some time not using the laptop and it's powered off. I wonder if it would help if I would return mine for RMA...

I'm thinking maybe a "firmware" update might fix it.

There is no firmware update available in order to fix the issue. He is just speculating that maybe there will be a firmware update made available at some time in the future.

I will speculate that I think that it is a hardware problem and will never be fixed.
