Don't know if anyone asked this yet as I haven't seen it asked here yet, but is there a way to permanently silence the built in PC speaker that makes the beep when you turn your PC on?  Just curious

I don't think my ASUS board had one at all.  I am asking though as I am looking at upgrading to an EVGA Z370 FTW motherboard.  That's all.

it is more of a Piezoelectric speakers or beeper and lots of ways to cover it up to lower the db level.
There are more options if you do not ever plan to return the unit from adding an extra resistor to placing a switch in the circuit
