Nope. It's the official MSI ebay outlet for used/refurbed cards. Your analogy is equivalent to a store cashier using the register as a personal wallet to hold their own money in for the week. MSI isn't going to be that free with allowing employees to siphon funds from company accounts. Secondly, you're asking people to believe a single employee somehow bought 4+ cards, which is improbable in its own right. But that totally ignores literally every manufacturer imposes a ONE card limit for their own sales. That's three reasons that excuse doesn't fly.

I think its one guy running the whole operation and pocketing the extra money he makes from those gpus, if you call that company it goes to that guys voice mail so its a one man operation very likely. More than likely msi headquarters didn't know he was doing that

How would they not know? This is an ebay account set up / contracted out by MSI explicitly for officially selling used/refurbed B-stock hardware. Sales don't go into personal accounts, ebay doesn't allow payments to anything but the official paypal address. Therefore, the money from these 3080 sales went into a company-controlled account, not some average scalper's personal paypal account. Companies would tend to notice if you withdraw $5,600 from a company account to your own.
