I recently purchased an msi 4070ti graphics card and have a question surrounding the PCIE gpu cords needed to power the card. Do I need two 16 awg cords or two 18 awg cords? Or can I have one 16AWG and one 18 AWG power cord for power as that is what I have now. These cords would be the 8 pin (6+2) connector cords. Estimated power requirement for this card is 285watts
 
Basically, do I need to have two of one gauge or can I have one of each?

    You shouldn't "mix" cables. 16AWG are thicker? If, take those. And, take good care of connecting them right, they have to fit tight!
