I hope the prices will be appropriate
I’m expecting $999 MSRP from Nvidia and base AIB cards to start at $1099. Actual price you can get them for though, that’s another matter entirely.
I have a feeling we're looking at $1199-1399, but I hope you're right.

The availability/ pricing of all gpus is abysmal atm.
Nothing is even close to msrp here in Europe.
I don't think the 3080ti will break the circle.

Just hope that your able to get in que as soon as possible. Hopefully, EVGA will be able to keep the servers up and also mitigate any bots trying to get in que. I've been on the hunt for a card for months so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Never thought I'd be spending over a grand for a GPU but no real choice these days.

I mean 3080ti might actually be good to produce for nVidia, as you are using same dye as 3090 (no waste) and just use less VRAM that you need to buy. So hopefully those are available

I have naive hopes, but I expect that even if EVGA allows ELITE members to put their place in the queue, it'll be months till they get to them (considering how even the NA queue is moving so slowly, never mind the EU queue).

Retail prices are bad because everyone is putting extra price on the cards: the AIBs making them, the distributors selling them to the retailers and even the retailers themselves.
