I currently have an Antec 1200 case and there just isn't room to mount the cpu cooler in it. If you have done it successfully, let me know so I can see pics of how you got it to work. What I am more interested in is looking for a case that will allow the CPU cooler to be mounted properly without having to worry about touching any of the motherboards raised parts. Thank you, Jacob

Hey mikeval, what corsair fan type is that you're running over your ram? And how much ram are you running? I just noticed on Newegg today that you can actually buy up to 64 gigs of RAM but the response time gets really low. I'm using the old school dominators with the 8-8-8-8-24 settings @ 1067 MHz memory frequency (even though it could push 1600). Can you link your RAM types for me please? Thanks! And thanks to everyone for being supportive of this noobs questions :) I really appreciate the responses.

I haven't used the H60 but I have an H50 in an antec 300 case with one GTX 295 installed and an evga p55 micro board. Actually fit pretty well. I seriously doubt anyone would want that case for a gamer rig..... That would just be.....wrong, lol. Heck of an office rig though..... the 295 might be a little overkill.....but you just never know when you might want to play a map or two, lol.

I considered the H70 for my current build project. I have an older full size Gigabyte ATX case and did the measurements. It was going to be real tight with the E770 because of the north bridge (the radiator for the H70 is a bit thicker than H50). There are serveral You tube vids that show the H70 radiator install with the push fan mounted outside of the case and the radiator mounted directly to the back of the case-then pull fan. This arrangement might give a little more room. It's old school, but you could get the dimensions from Corsair for the H70 radiator/fan(s) stack and make a styrofoam cutouts to check actual fit options before buying.

If you need a case that is less expensive, the Cooler Master Storm Scout will easily handle the Corsair H60, I even have 2 fans in push-pull (both fans and radiator inside case) on mine. They run $65-$90 and are sold almost everywhere.

If you are going to change cases and coolers, you may want to opt for something which will allow for the mounting of a 240 radiator, so you can use the upcoming Corsair H100.

If I was in the market for a new case, the sweetest thing I've seen is the new Corsair Carbide Series case, coming out this month - the 400R is listing at $99, and the 500R at $129. They both are designed to take the upcoming H100 240mm radiator, as well as all the smaller Corsair H-Series coolers. They are all listed on Corsair's website, along with their new Link Kit with temp sensors & fan controllers and the ability to add a nifty little LED light kit. The cases have dual front 120mm intake fans & USB 3.0 ports and will take 316mm-long grahics cards (452mm on the 500R). Yep, my next build will be practically all EVGA & Corsair, even though I still like Cooler Master cases (and especially their Excalibur 120mm fans).

I have the same RAM fan (s), it's the Corsair memory fan (Air Flow) that comes with the Dom-GT ram. Most sites don't mention it, but it comes standard with any Dom-GT kit. They're not the quietest fans around. I've actually taken mine off.

The Corsair H70 will NOT WORK with an Antec 1200 and EVGA E770...that is...if you try the bottom 120mm fan. You can mount it on the top 120mm (pictured in my modrig), but you'll only be able to secure the screws on the right side of the radiator. If you try the top fan, you'll definitely have a hard time wedging it up there. I know you're talking about the H60 in your original post, but it's likely you'd run into the same problems. I think the better option is to try a front mount of some kind. Mine is pretty "ghetto", but it works great! If you want some more info on it, let me know (=

The H50 with a push pull config did not fit cleanly, I had to cut the corner off of one of the fans. It would be fine if it didn't have the air channel in the back, but it does. The best case for these might actually be the HAF.

While Corsair will replace it under warranty, a majority of the failures that I read about where in the configuration with the rad at the top of the case.

Thanks to your suggestions I got the HAF Nvidia case (green being my favorite color!) I remmoved the stock fan to fit the radiator fan on but I had seen people using noctua fans, did you have to special cut to make it fit? I'll post pics as soon as I can. I love this case because the cable management IS SO EFFING EASY.
