tresnugget Has anyone here tried the new bios on stock cooler?
Nope Just do it, and show us some results.
Be it 0 or 10,000
I want to but I'm a little nervous. I've almost had to RMA the card already due to an issue with the MCU. After having some sync issues with SLI I ran DDU and reinstalled precision. After that my fans quit working and the pump was reporting zero RPM even though I could feel that it was still working. And never even Said that it was updating firmware. Luckily the next day precision was updated and the MCU firmware update fixed my issue. I'll probably end up doing it (it's a kpe after all) but I might wait and see what others experience first.
You should not ask of others of what you would not want to do yourself.
Lol technically I asked IF anyone had done it but I hear you. I will eventually. After I feel like precision isn't going to kill my card.

Çliçk Can this tool save settings and apply it in text boot up?🤔
@Click Yes and No, you have to do a soft boot ( restart ) to set the mem voltage ( FBVDD ) but the gpu voltage ( NVVDD ) can be set on the fly. A shut down will clear settings.

Hello everyone.. I have installed the Kingpin BIOS on my 2080 Ti FE... It works fine.. it looks like default it goes to 1.125 volt. I then tried the Classified TOOL and it seems like the gfx card dosent responds to that program even though the program starts up. I can input some settings and hit apply, but nothing happens? Also when I open the Classified tool its blank in all fields should it have some default settings? What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

The classified tool will not work with your card, just because you used kingpin bios ( which isnt recommend and could brick your card) doesn't make it a kingpin card, the PCB doesn't have the kingpin components on it. My honest opinion is flash it back before you do irreversible damage and can't flash it back.

The kingpin xoc bios should allow that. The xoc bios can be downloaded on this page.

How are you cooling this FE that you need all this extra ? Even with the XOC bios you would have to be able to use the classy tool with it I believe.

The kingpin comes with 3 bios,. Normal, OC, and LN2 right from the factory,. Then there is also the optional XOC bios that you can find on the XDEVS page as well. As I said before though it's all at your own risk flashing bios to your card that are not designed for that card may brick your card.

Actually the xoc bios won't allow you to get 1.2v as the voltage/frequency curve editor is disabled on it. I just now checked this on my kingpin card.

Yeah that's why I said he would probably have to use the classy tool but without a Kingpin card it's not going to work.

Yeah. I didn't try to attempt to use the voltage/frequency curve editor on the 2080 ti kingpin when I did my overclocking. I did however use the frequency/voltage curve editor on the previous 1080 ti kingpin with the xoc vbios loaded, so I thought it was most likely going to be the same, so that is why I stated it should work in post #50.

Exactly no voltage available it just let it go to 1.125v like the others
So i guess only way forward is the Galax 2000w 1.2v bios which is nowhere to be found
