Hi, Keyboard and mouse only work in USB 3.0 ports, except when in BIOS where they only work in USB 2.0. Have to switch ports whenever I want to enter BIOS. Also PC will not boot if K&M are in USB 2.0.
Any suggestions?

Is this a new issue all of a sudden where it used to work normally or did you just build this system?
Do you have CSM enabled or disabled in the BIOS?
If it's disabled, you may need to have it enabled for legacy support for your keyboard & mouse.  I'm not familiar with all the settings in your BIOS so hard to say exactly.

If you have a section with a page (in pic) like this, verify you have USB legacy support enabled.

Hi, yes, updated to 1803, there are no errors in device manager.
My boot up time is also very poor, compared to before the update.

My keyboard and mouse are Logitech. There are no specific drivers for these. Value line. After spending a small fortune on a corsair mouse, Corsair Vengeance M90, which stopped scrolling. So I decided to clean it, it was clean, but by doing so my warranty was breached, so they wouldn't change it nor repair it, as the sensor was broke, so I decided to buy cheap, and I'm very happy with this value pack, keyboard and mouse for very cheap money, a lesson learnt.

Might have to do a Clean Install of Win 10 1803 as the update seemed to hose something

1803 has caused issues for many others also

You are talking about the Rig listed in your signature ?

Hi I did a clean install, although it took six attempts, it kept freezing on the Z77 FTW logo, I eventually did an upgrade installation, how ever it looks like clean installation, as their are no previous signs of my activities, ie bookmarks etc.
It actually takes longer now to boot. I have a slow boot problem which I started a thread on a forum with no luck in sorting it.
