Every time third time (or so) that I edit the OP, it goes into "Approval Pending" so I am going to stop editing for the day.  If there are additional time stamp submissions, I will try to do them in a batch over the weekend.  I think we have enough data points to be able to track where the "invite to purchase" email line resides (once they start flowing). 
 
I remain unclear about whether they will start shipping next week (per @EVGA_JacobF's tweet) or around December 15 (per the product page).  Prior to today, I had understood that they were shipping "mid December".  Hopefully clarity will follow in the hour to come. 
 
Thanks to everybody for participating in this thread.  Hopefully it provides the community some utility over the days and weeks to come. Have a great weekend!

Great work collecting all the times enewt, we have a solid amount listed. From what I gathered from listening to the stream we will start to see some emails with payment links start to go out next week and after that there will be more in mid December. Its going to be a frosty Xmas and a bunch of shuffling over the holidays on the 3D Mark Hall Of Fame leader board.

Well, don't worry. There's maybe like 200 cards that went out judging from the forum? That's an incredibly small number of cards.

Kingpin cards Always been limited. Even 2080ti one was mostly OOS. I got mine from Microcenter but couldn't find it online in stock at the time (back in January)

They were frequently available this year on the B stock page. I got mine in march for $1000.

I honestly was not expecting this large of a list with all the limited discussion. I really hope they can live up to the promise of shipping this entire first batch by Dec 15th. Was hoping to get it before Cyberpunk releases, but it looks like I'm near the tail end of the list! (To be fair, they still have time to delay 2077...again. Also, some on this list probably won't buy or are on the fence between this and the HC card.)

Regarding Cyberpunk 2077, I wouldn't worry about missing it.  I understand that by the time it releases it will have some documentary footage of 2077.
