Well keep in mind number of people F5ing was not even comparable to initial 30 series launches. Kingpin is a niche product and not for everyone

Please remember that this is just a list of folks who frequent the forums and have self-reported. There are others out there that we do not know about. I have heard that 06:00:35 is the earliest time stamp (but not reported in the forums). Please report back when you get your "invite to order" emails and I will modify the OP accordingly (likely via strikeout font). May fleets of UPS Angels speed these cards to your doors.
