Dude, what is Amazon on lately?  The Corsair K100 arrived with no outer box & both seals on the keyboard box itself were broken.
 
Guess I gotta contact Amazon CS cuz that's ridiculous.  I've never had a product arrive that didn't have any seals intact with no outer box before O_o Except monitors and those still have seals on them.
 
Someone mentioned buying a K100 directly at the store, did yours come with the seals intact?

Their shipping isn't great.  I imagine someone sat down, and did the math, and said at our volume level, we lose more on shipping costs if we overly pad the boxes.  Or worry if someone gets an open box / missing box item.  The refunds are less than the costs of shipping they're saving.  Fortunately, their customer service has also been armed with the power to say ship it back to us at our cost, and we'll send out a new item.  It's kind of annoying when you get the lemon, but if 95% of the time everything goes right?  And 2 percent (?) of the time people don't even complain?  Pretty good overall.

Will be obsolete and the answer is no as unlike the 386 as went the 486 came out it blew it away but after that it a diminishing improvement however jumps like ray tracing 2 which is why i building one of the fastest box on this planet and will any for few years in ultra as the high demand of cyberpunk 2077 in ultra settings require a 3800 so a 3090 kingpin is a bit over kill but my 3080 has been in clue since October so i canceled it. but the fact EVGA offer a 10 year warranty means they do not cheapen out there parts so expect it to last over 10 years MTBF  and if fails  under warranty it replace with equal or better

Gotta say, as of late january I wasn't too optimistic about this, but now that I've gone from #85 to #20 over the course of about 3 weeks, having signed up on dec. 20th, I feel great about it. 

A 65 card drop isn't unheard of.. here's to hoping last weeks drop was morsel and the main course is on its way

Going to be interesting to see how much this queue picks up steam once it gets past release day.  It might even be possible that at some point, the Kingpin is listed as in stock for Elite Members to purchase, if the people that want one don't have one already, eventually.  That would be some irony for the rest of the queue peoples waiting on lower tier cards, if the most cherry-picked is the one that's in stock. 
 
We'll see though, who knows how many signed up for it that haven't put in for the queue chart - AKA people that are likely scalping it and have no interest in being found out.

If the kingpin ever gets to the point that they’re readily available and purchasable without a queue for Elite Members then I hope the mods are ready for a slew of spam posts from new accounts.

@debadger - Wondering what the summarized conclusion was about the power limit thread, which I'll post below.
 
Not to derail this thread but to increase that threads visibility as well. After reading it, I'm was very confused and trying to get the ELI5 issue and solution cleared up. I'm fairly capable with my PC but I definitely won't be pushing this card to the absolute extreme and I'd be willing to bet most who are in this thread are more like myself than Vince and Lummi.
 
That said, my plan was to set the 520 bios and do the rest of the tweaking in Afterburner. Once dialed in it'll be my daily driver. But that thread makes it seem as if doing so would leave a lot on the table and most (if like me) would not even realize it wasn't hitting power thresholds.

I wasn't expecting the card for another 2-3 weeks so I am happy to be a straggler.  This list moves quickly... you will all get one soon enough.
 
Now I just have to see if I can fit the card in with my custom loop in a Lian Li Dynamic 011 regular size...

We had a semi good drop last week, in the mid 20s, I think. So I’m thinking that it will be another 2 weeks or so for the next sizeable drop.

I had the O11D Air. It’s the same dimensions as yours. Unless you install it vertically, the tubes will be touching the glass. I have the 3090 Hybrid and I bought the O11D XL. See the pic below with the O11 Air case
