I'm just glad to have that things gigantic stand out of the way, those legs were ridiculous! They stand on this thing was as wide or WIDER than my 34" Alienware ultrawide. Insanity. Got to reclaim my desk space again. lol

As I await the UPS man at eVGA's warehouse scanning in my label to see what the initial delivery date is, I can't help but think of & want to thank the people that used my Associate's Code in December that allowed me to get the tax & shipping deducted back off my purchase via those eVGA Bucks.
We shall see if I can accumulate enough to put a serious dent in the eVGA Z590 Dark motherboard purchase before it's released sometime next month or early March.
Hopefully that Kingpin greatness will be here Friday.
Congrats to everyone that got a card ordered today or yesterday, and to those still waiting, hopefully we get another drop next week!

I missed something you posted I think, are you trying to see if EK is going to make a waterblock for this?
I wonder if the EKWB FTW3 3090 water block would work on this card... I haven't compared the layouts to see if they are the same or not. EK delayed shipping my water block until sometime in Feb.

Off topic, but do you think the 11900k will be a worthy successor to the 9900k? Looking at my 9900k at 5.1 all core and it's tough to say
Intel is claiming 19% IPC improvement over the 10900K. If that is true, it should translate to a pretty decent increase in per-core performance compared to the 9900K especially - from what I understand the 10900K was sort of basically a 9900K with 2 extra cores... One of the primary reasons I'm even upgrading though, is the Associates Program eVGA Bucks I'm getting resulting in the Z590 board at the very least being cheaper than it would otherwise be. That combined with the money I'll recoup upon reselling my 9900K/Z390 (should resell for around $550) won't pay for the upgrade completely, but it will make it a fairly cheap upgrade, which is why I'm planning on doing it. I'm also doing it because the 11900K will likely be a much better overclocker than my 9900K is, I can't get 5.1GHz stable for anything, I've tried as high as 1.375V which I know I couldn't keep cool, just to see if it would pass benchmarks consistently at 5.1GHz, and it still crashed.

Pretty sure the ftw3 block will not work on the kingpin. It never has on previous models so probably no different this time around.
