I got refurbed Kingpin to replace RMA Kingpin that came in sealed retail box. The refurbed card was packaged well , but not retail . Refurbed Kingpin was way better card then the RMA Kingpin. Port Royal http://www.3dmark.com/pr/1134299 , Time Spy extreme http://www.3dmark.com/spy/21711695

Exactly this - given how exclusive this queue is, they should have be offered to the next X members on the list instead of making them available to bots. I was able to see them in stock but I couldn't even log in without the EVGA site crashing.

With these 3000 series of cards, I don't know if I would trust spending close to retail to have a gpu with a one year warranty. Would not be a preference to me to be honest. We've seen more cards than I'd like fail with this series. If the price was half or around half then maybe or if it came atleast with a 2 year warranty I'd feel better.
With the recent failure of a few KPs during the firmware update, it makes me more weary of the quality/design of the current generation of gpus.

This! I'm still 60 slots away from the Notification. At the recent rate of drops, it will be an easy decision. I expect the 4000 series to launch in Sept/Oct 2022. That's the length of time the current drop recipients have waited.
