Hey all, I bought a EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 12GB GDDR6X XC3 Black Gaming, 12G-P5-4861-KL, LHR on amazon, and it will be here in a few days. Coming over here to see more info on it, there is no model listed. Did I get a false card? There is no gpu listed as above. Help please and ty

It is 3080 12GB not 3080 Ti as the title suggests.
Looks like the XC Black card is only available for retails.
I can find it on Central computers as well.
Weird it is not listed anywhere on the EVGA website.

yes the 3080, sorry not sure how to edit. Was thinking of my GTX 1080ti I am replacing with the 3080, and typed it by mistake. Yeah I am a little worried as I cant find it anywhere. I have a evga gtx 760 and a evga ftw 3 gtx 1080ti. So I am a bit of a evga fan. They have never let me down yet. All of the sellers are marketplace sellers, not directly from Amazon. When you were looking at it did it have both 'Ships from' and 'Sold by' as Amazon?

No, but if there is any issues, we can always send it back, that wont be an issue. I order all the time from market place venders on amazon. I am more concerned with why it is not listed on evgas own page

I am fairly confident this would be considered a 2nd hand card , so you'll only get limited warranty for this- since it is a marketplace seller on Amazon. Its brand new. I bought my current GTX 1080ti the exact same way and registered it here. If I waited for EVGA to actually have stock, I'd still be in line-because I already waited for the last 2 years and got no results. But it is considered brand new. My only concern was not seeing it on the website, but somebody above already posted it. And you are 100% wrong about the limited warranty aspect. I buy alot of things from amazon, some from amazon direct, some come via 3rd party, always brand new unless it says otherwise.  Nobody has complained of any issues and that is where I got my evga gtx 1080ti from as well. So unless they are changing things from 2017 til now, I should have a full warranty once I register it. I should have the GPU Sunday or Monday, so I can confirm if I am right or wrong for anybody curious once I register.
