Guys with Dark, can you please show your performance in 3dmark TS, TS-E, FS, FS-E, FS-U?
I could really use some numbers to compare performance and gains over FTW-K
if you OC i can probably compare any cpu 1to1 up to 4,8GHz and rams up to 4000 17/18/18/39

pretty please :D

Best to create your own Thread and ask what would be best for your Build and what you plan to use it for and so on.

This picture is Amazing... That's real EVGA.

I hope on summer we will have at least one X299 Dark alone for Scavange Hunt.
I could sell my stuff and buy i7-7820X easy, he is 450 on discount.

This VRM Cooler is so cool that it's really question what is better Supremacy EVO or some Monoblock.
Probably only CPU block. You can't see everyday cooling of VRM and mosfet on this way.

Benchtable is great with spacers... excellent for some custom build of case.
Laser cutting is not expensive so much, alumimum tables 0.5 cm 500x1000mm are cheap as well...
and with pop rivets today could be build whole bench table or some form of open PC Case.

 Update and just FYI
Thank you for the updated test and report submit!  I'm afraid something interferes with the SMBus access code of AIDA64, and that causes the erratic readouts from the SMBus based NCT7802Y sensor devices of your motherboard
We've further tweaked the access in the latest AIDA64 beta update, but I'm not sure how better it gets.

This x299 board, how long will it be a good board, already thinking about my next build and I want to go all evga as much as possible. Most likely wouldn't be able to build till end of this year but would like to start getting parts ordered. like to get a case and mb first as i plan to water cool the cpu and gpu in a loop if I can brave myself to do it

With the build quality it should be a good one for a bit. Like you I went with getting case and MB first. Working on the GPU now because that will dictate what I go with fit wise for a pump and reservoir - also going with a custom loop first time going water

Yes as long as you can live with 28 PCIe lanes.  Plenty for single 1080 Ti KP.

16 (KP) + 4 (M2) = 20 < 28 = Fine.

Put KP in PE1.
Put M2 in PM1.

i7-7820X is high end HEDT processor.
i9 is ultra high end.
Builds on these forums are not normal.
