I finally tried the 3D Mark today. The demo one from steam. My GPU is the GTX 780 Classified: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130943It say that my score is 74% better than all result and was wondering if it really is because lately I've been having trouble with games (Low FPS and stuttering) and I just want to make sure that it is not my GPU because it is still brand new and was never overclocked. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/1bWNK5R.png Please let me know if you find anything wrong. The "Graphics driver not approved" is expected because I download the beta version from EVGA. Thanks!

Any other explanation on why other games run poorly on my gpu such as COD Black Ops III? Its giving me 60-79 fps but I still feel the lag and it stutters too much. It doesnt play smooth. Or is it the game being badly optimized?

Game runs fine. Are you running the latest drivers? If yes, I'd recommend using driver 359.06 for BO3.

I'm running the Beta Driver 364.96 right now. Should I also upgrade my mobo drivers? I'm not sure if it will have any effects on gaming.

Updating your mobo drivers most likely won't help the issue, but you could update them if you like. Does the stuttering & lag lessen when using lower graphics settings? If yes, you could be running out of vram.

You should avoid the Beta drivers if you suspect issues. Do you play any other games?
If your card is performing fine in 3DMark, more than likely, the hardware is fine. It's extremely rare for a card to fail in such a way that the issue is only manifested in a single game. You might also wanna go with Sajin's suggestion and lowering your settings if you wanna maintain a constant 60+ FPS. If you're normally hovering around 60-70 FPS, I wouldn't be surprised to see your frame rate dip when something more graphically intense happens such as a bunch of explosions at once or something.

I tried lowering the graphics yesterday and I think it was the same. How can I fix my vram?

I played Killing Floor 2 and the result was pretty much the same until I tweak it on Nvidia control panel. Now it is playable.

Lowering in-game graphics should reduce vram usage. How are your cpu/gpu temps while playing?

Improper settings can cause issues. I would highly recommend that you use the "restore defaults" button under manage 3d settings inside the nvidia control panel since you have been tweaking the settings inside the nvidia control panel. Retest games after using restore defaults button.
