If I may ask again, because I got lost reading all the intels related to Europe market on this thread.
Will the 3070/80ti auto-queue be available on eu.evga at the same time : 6am PDT = 3 pm CEST ?

Yes, EVGATech_LeeM has updated the first post on this thread with all the detail, making it clear that the times are the same for the EU store, and that EU customers MUST sign up there, not on the US store.
Worth checking that post for any updates/changes rather than me copy/pasting a version here that may go out of date :)
