Just going to add to the chorus here... I've got money ready to go for a 3090 Hybrid and would LOVE to be able to pre-order one if it is coming out at launch or anytime shortly after launch. I'm very concerned that without pre-order availability, I have zero chance of scoring one of these cards because of the limited stock + bots + unpredictability of when purchases will go live. Fingers crossed you guys change your minds. I don't even care if you slapped a few hundred dollars markup on it... your hybrid products are awesome and I'd love for a change to just buy one rather than manually swap out a stock cooler for a separately purchased hybrid kit.

Wait for GamersNexus reviews. I'm in the same boat, just rocking maximus xi extreme instead.

I skipped the 2000 series, but I remember the launch for the 1000 series very well. I submitted within the first few hours preorders opened and had to wait about 4-5 months before I got my card (1080). The wait sucked, but it sure was nice not having to worry about checking dozens of shops and EVGA's website on a daily basis checking stock. I have no problem waiting if my place in the supply chain is secured.

Also, to answer about half the questions in this thread: - Currently no pre-order planned. Similarly, no pricing is available at this time.
- Like the US store, we cannot generally comment on availability at this time for the EU store. Availability, however, will not be any sooner than the dates NVIDIA mentioned for each GPU.
- HYBRID, HC, and KPE cards will come a bit later than the XC3 and FTW3 cards. No ETA to give you, which is probably your next question.
- HYBRIDs will be 240mm, except for KPE HYBRID, whch will be 360mm. No plans for a 120mm HYBRID at this time.
- HYBRIDs will be 2 Slot.
- XC3 cards will all be 2.2 slots. Length is 11.23in. - 285.37mm / Height is 4.38in. - 111.15 mm.
- FTW3 cards will be 2.75 slots. Length is 11.81in. - 300mm / Height is 5.38in. - 136.75mm.
- There will be an EVGA NVLINK. No ETA at this time.
- Since I've seen this mentioned incorrectly, all cards are 3 DisplayPort, 1 HDMI.
- PowerLink is expected to work with the XC3 models. For obvious reasons, it will not work with the 3090/3080 FTW3 cards due to the number of PCIe power connectors. Either way, we will have the compatibility list updated when the cards are available on the website.
- Step-Up will begin when cards are available. Products will not be listed prior to general availability. I would expect one of the XC3 models will be listed for availability, but we will make that decision prior to general availability.
- I'm not sure why people assume bots are buying cards over regular people. It was a popular reason for why 20-Series cards were always out of stock, which completely ignored literal supply and demand issues (lots of people wanted them, but there weren't many initially). Yes, there are per person quantity caps for each card. Yes, we require captcha to login, which is also required to create a profile. This should help to comfort some of you.

Isn't the step up program only valid till 90 days from the day of purchase ? **EDIT : Sorry that's less than 3 months for you**

Well this is disappointing yet again. You always say the Hydro Copper come at a later date, and yet every time I'm never able to get one before they disappear. This last time I was able to grab the stand alone Hydro Copper block to put on my XC Ultra, but I'm thinking this time I'm not waiting around. Shame to lose a sale this way. I'm not trying to be rude or unreasonable, but the complete lack of details when a product is announced is beyond stupid. I know it isn't EVGA, Nvidia shares a lot of that blame, but seriously, why is it so hard to be able to inform customers when you announce something rather than have them confused and wasting time asking for answers that can't be answered for weeks. I will never understand this logic. Speaking of logic, what is the logic behind no preorders. We live in the age of preorders. Most times you can preorder your preorder for an item. Why was this decision made?

Any chance these are available for Step-Up On the 17th? I bought my card on June 18 so I have to do the step-up on release day or I miss the window to step-up :(

It's been a long time since I've purchased a HydroCopper Card. Are they the same as a FTW 3 with an EVGA water block?

I could see something like the 3070 on step-up but not the 3080 right away (and definitely not the 3090) due to demand. But nobody knows and that list is fluid - I'm in the same boat and think I will just return mine and eat the restock fee.
