Gotta agree with some of the earlier posters on the red accents on the FTW3, it sorta shunts you into a specific color scheme which could clash with the supposed customizability coming from the ARGB. A silver or grey finish still stands out but is neutral... or even just make them exchangeable like the faceplate accents for some of the 2080Ti cards y'all have launched

Any chance we’ll see the cards on Amazon as well on the launch day? Too bad that’s the only option for me.

Yeah, I also don't understand why you would put red accents on something that you can control the rgb color scheme? it makes you feel like you need to make the rgb just r. I hope that isn't a for sure thing.

Desaccorde Anyone knows if there is any difference between 3090 XC3 and FTW3 on cooling part apart from the sensors? Are they using the same cooling design method and heatsink?
I don't quite understand this either. What is the difference (design wise) from the XC3 and FTW3. If it's just more sensors than what is "normal" (whatever that means) it's a good deciding factor. Cooling looks the same. Additionally, how many 8 power connectors will I need for the 3090 series? I'm trying to find the information through pictures but the range I am seeing is anywhere from 2x8pin to 3x8pin. Either case, I need to buy a new PSU but just knowing what's what would seriously be a huge help! Thank you!
Check video on youtube. FTW3 use 3x8pin
Gotcha ty! here it is for anyone else.

To avoid confusion by omission, it's generally not correct to think that "reference" PCBs exist anymore in this context. If you plan to use a third-party waterblock, I'd strongly recommend to confirm with the manufacturer of the waterblock whether the block is compatible with whichever graphics card you purchase or want to purchase.

Can EVGA confirm if there is a pricing difference on Founder Edition cards? Every generation since the 1000-series the FE cards had a price premium... will that remain true this time or are the FE prices the same across all cards?

rpfire Please anyone know? I asked "EVGATech_LeeM" twice but no answer, so i ask here to anyone who could help me I want to know if the size he said below is going to be for the EVGA RTX 3090 XC3. XC3 cards ( 2.2 slots. Length is 11.23in. - 285.37mm / Height is 4.38in. - 111.15 mm. )
Thanks guys.
Judging by some of the 2000 series specs, it looks to be the 3090, yes. It is longet then the 2080ti, but the exact same width (thank god) which means when I put a water block on it it should line up with my distro plate.

So the XC3 looks to be custom PCB as well, but not just to EVGA. It looks very similar to Zantac's offering. Possibly many vendors put their collective heads together and thought it would be a good idea to have a card option the same width as all our previous cards for size issues. The FE is so wide it won't fit in every case.

I think he was asking if AIB cards, EVGA specifically, will start at lower prices than the FE card prices that Nvidia announced today, because that has been the case with previous generations. But I'm going to guess that's something EVGA doesn't want to disclose at this point.

Guess we shall wait and see what EKWB, AlphaCool and others release. I hope it’s a similar if not the same PCB or at least compatible. Would hate for the only blocks to be for the FE of the card.

If no such kit will be sold im afraid i will purchase a FE card direct from nvidia since its the only way i can have watercooling in a timely mater. At least with a conversion kit i can buy my 3090 and enjoy it while i wait for a waterblock Any info on this? thanks
