3060 cards are starting from 650 euro on allegro. So why should I sell for less? If my friend didn't buy Gigabyte, he would have it for the original price.

Well to be fair even if you listed it with bidding starting from 1€ it would've still sold for 600€ + at the end of the week. The people buying cards from scalpers are worse than the scalpers.

Honestly guys, he has to be stupid to offer it for retail plus shipping, it's sellers market now, it's not like he has 100 of those acquired with bots and whatever, why not sell it for the price that all those cards are being sold for? Any person that would sell it for less is a sucker and any person that would buy it for less is a winner and cheated a sucker over it, no? At the end of the day he would be robbing himself from a small profit that he could have put towards some other part that he needs in his computer.

I can't say I disagree with you, but let us be honest, EVGA is doing this as a charity-esque event, and making "misuse" of that to still scalp... You know the system was implemented to prevent scalping right? No safe heaven from miners and scalpers, as we can clearly see.

Got my buy email today!! 3060 XC Gaming. Finally after six months and patience I got a card and I paid MSRP for it and did not have to give in to somebody taking advantage of the GPU shortage. I wish everyone esle waiting like I did, good luck!!

I don't fault him for different reasons. EVGA could allocate more supply to the queues, but they're choosing not to. We've all seen the photographic evidence 10s of EVGA in mining boxes, those could be in the queues, but they only care about gamers so much. Blame EVGA

Just wanted to post here quick and say thanks EVGA for the queue system; I received my 3060XC Gaming today and it's 2x the speed of the 1060SC as seen on review sites. Games that used to lag are playable on my 1440p monitor. My purchase (non-black) was at 9:20 and even the standard shipping arrived here quickly. I was looking for a dual-fan 3070 and the 3060XC is barely larger than the 1060SC (3060XC will fit in pretty much anything).
Also this was the first time I tried using an affiliate code; I just picked someone new on here with a low post count and used theirs. I registered in 2014 and have zero EVGA bucks :) so I edited my sig in case someone else needs a code in the future. Pretty easy, like using a coupon. I should have used it sooner I know.
Good luck to those waiting yet. If you're coming from a 1060 or older I'm sure the 3060 will be worth the wait.

^ This. I managed to get a 3080 XC3 before the FTW3 - sold the first one to a friend for MSRP+tax+shipping, though I will admit to putting the affiliate-code discount towards my own upgrade. Also managed to put my queuing skills to good use to snag a 3060 Gaming for my boss to give his grad-student son as a birthday gift. I thought it was a fair trade for the time I spent refreshing the auto-notify at work. Even passed along the affiliate discount on that one. If one gamer friend changes their mind about a card, just go down the list. There's gotta be someone in your community who'll value it for FPS over hashrates.

I figured it was like a frequent flier program--you can fly somewhere for free, but you have to be someone that flies a lot in order to get a free trip. The actual details are on this web page here. It's going to take some time to get your account going but if you have this setup it can't hurt to just through your code out there. Maybe someone like me will use it. https://www.evga.com/associates/ The guy I used his code on for my 3060 will get 3% back after 30 days, and I received 3% off the purchase immediately during checkout. If you have a few friends in a group and can take turns using each other's code then I would do that first. In my case I didn't know whom to use so I just randomly picked one--it's all good in the end. :)

I'm still on a gtx 1050ti. This rtx 3060 will be a great upgrade if i can get my hands on one. My power supply blew and most of my stuff went with it. Getting new parts, these scalpers and miners are making it hard to get my pc back up.

Sorry but i did not write the seconds down, but it was closer to 9:04 than 9:03 as the page was sluggish. Not as sluggish as the US site though - went there to check the price difference. EU price is as always couple of eur more expensive, though we don't have the 25% tariffs. Or are the tariffs added separately at checkout ?
