The coffee lake Intel CPUs are coming very soon and still a lot of people wonder why these CPUs won't work in previous chipsets. The pin configuration for these coffee lake CPUs are different. So a BIOs update for the older chipset motherboards simply won't work at all.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

So which Motherboards will they work best with? Z series?

The ones to be released next year, I guess.

    Hmmm. Sounds realistic.

Glad to see this, with some sites claiming it was just a firmware issue I was really starting to wonder.

+14 ground pins and +18 power pins taken from the reserved pool. Hopefully that will offer better overclocking and stable overclocks with less voltage.

    Have water, will cool.
