    I see two versions of driver, 
     
    10.1.17969.8134  Date: 4/3/2019 for Server Chipset Driver

    and there is a other driver for different chipsets Z97, Z170, Z270, X299... but I don't see X99 on list.

    If you have Version: 10.1.17969.8134 (Latest) Installed and you then install this Version 10.1.1.45  Date: 3/20/2019
    You will get this Pop Up. That is it is a Downgrade of the Drivers.

    I did the same test as above in Post #7 on my X99 FTWK and  X99 Classified and both show that it is a Downgrade if you already have version 10.1.17969.8134 installed.
