I dont know why i dont feel smooth with 40-45 + fps on FAR CRY 3

Hey. I just want to create topic because when playing FAR CRY 3 when sometimes my fps dips to 40-45 ( when big fight in camps ) i dont feel smooth. When playing Crysis 3 i feel smooth with that fps 40-45 fps.

Is any solution to work better ? On FAR CRY 3 only i feel discomfort. I have VSYNC ON or OFF and i was tried all 1-5 GPU BUFFER FRAMES.
For instance if I play Metro: Last Light I get 30-40fps with SSAA but it just seems smoother, not as much screen tearing, etc.  This game seemed choppy even with vsync on or off.
I am playing on ULTRA, MSAA 4x, 1920x1080.

My monitor is 1920x1080 60hz


card is : 780 GTX and I7 3770K 3.5

    Are you using the latest video drivers? What is your PSU model and make? If you turn off AA/MSAA/SSAA on Far Cry 3 and run it with basic settings do you still see stuttering or choppiness?

    Its strange because on some places when i turn OFF MSAA i dont have fps increase. With MSAA 4x or without i have 40 fps in some areas.
     Maybe CPU is to slow for this game? I have I7 3770K 3.5
    I have 750 XFX PSU.
     Using 331.82 drivers.

    weird..   from 40 FPS and above you should be fine.
     
    careful with anti-aliasing options cause those EAT fps for breakfast.

    When i have 40-45 fps screen is tearing and i feel slowdowns. I dont know why.  And this is normal on GTX 780 , 40-45fps sometimes while fights in camps?
     
    Mission Kicking The Hornet's Nest when i am on fishing town near end. Sometimes i have dips to 40 fps. Is this normal or not?

    Can somebody explain me? On some areas in that game i have even dips to 40 fps when fightning with enemy on big camps ( level with marihuana pool, the fishy village near the sea ). When i turn off MSAA from 4x to 0 the same fps 40 fps. Only DISTANCE VIEW when i cut out is helping and my fps is growing up. So this is a cpu reason then if i only turn off distance view and my fps is better?
