Yesterday I got offered a promotion and I took it, started the new position today. I start at 2AM as I am now the person that pretty much gets the building's product picking and shipping engine going, which is the main core of the building existence. It's a super valuable position because of what it does for the building. I can't believe I got this position, super stoked!

One reason to unretire for a lot of people is that when you don't need the money you can be picky about the jobs you want to do. I know a number of "retired" people who enjoy working in jobs that don't pay as much as they made when they worked but are jobs that make them happy and at the same time help them pay the bills.

Thanks everyone. I love the position, it's sweet to work a job you enjoy. I also don't mind the nice pay increase.

That is probably what I'll need to consider.

Be picky, I was! I thought I would hate getting back out there, but I don't as I found a job I enjoy. Sure beats jumping in and out of a UPS truck lol.

A lot of people work a job to retire and then they unretire and find a job that they like. I have seen people grow bored with being retired and want to return to do something.

Yes Hoggle I am bored as heck. I've found myself doing thing numerus times. Only to look back. Should probably buy another boat.
The last one had to memories of my eldest son looking at it made me not in a good way.
Might as well make some jingle, I do it it mostly for free to help the community.

As to where to put your money, gold/silver physical tangible assets you can touch, even things that have use if things go south. The super-rich do you think they keep all their money in bitcoin, cash, cash as digital currency in a bank? Nope, physical assets only, they keep enough cash in their accounts to access when needed. If they need more paper/digital money, they will take one of those physical assets and convert it to currency when needed. If you already have bitcoin and can claim whatever it's back by physically right now and get it in your possession it's not useless, if you are not able to claim what tangible assets it's backed by it's useless if the economy drops into a bad recession to a great depression.
