Hey wounding if i cut my hoses on my hybrid coolant lines, installed some quick dissconects, so i coud put the rad in a opposite compartment on my case, and or use it gpu only waterloop using some ek clear coolant,  would this void my warranty on the card? Whether it be a 3090 hybrid ultra or a Kingpin?

have to haha unless i can fin a second hand 3090 pump for the kingpin, where a guy can find one of those pumps and or kit for it.
 

Your original question seems based around the assembled Hybrid not fitting in the location you want to use.
 
What case do you have & where were you thinking of mounting the Hybrid radiator ... that the unit will not currently fit.
 
I'm not suggesting you cut your cooler open & loose warranty on an expensive hybrid
