How to turn on/off the RTX 2060 FE Geforce Rtx lighting

I am trying to go with a heavy rgb build and didn't want the green lighting. If anyone has any tips on how to do it it would be much appreciated. The colors are more pastel than typical RGB LEDs. #9

The GPU I have is a Nvidia RTX 2060 Founders Edition. EVGA's Precision X1 Software won't let me change it either since it never gives me the option for the LED's. Is there is a better download than the 0.4.8.0 download? Or am I just looking in the wrong area? #11
