I just removed Precision XOC v6.1.10 and installed v6.1.11. When I went to set up the new version I see that the same settings I used for the old version are showing. I don't want that, I want to start fresh. What must I do?

Delete the Folders (Make Sure you Deleted the Folder Profiles) and any Reg Items after you uninstall the Old Version. Reboot your PC and then install the New Version.

Where are the Folders located?

Under C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC\Profiles is what Holds the Profile Info.

OK, Thanks, I usually go to Program Files/Program Files (x86) and delete leftovers but I forgot to do that. I'm just starting to learn Windows 10 in my new build and I'm not ready to start messing with the Directory yet.

Every time I add or remove programs I reboot. It's amazing how fast Windows 10 and the Samsung SSD reboots...about seven seconds. I've been using Windows 7, a P55, and an i5 for the last seven years and it could take anywhere from one minute or more to reboot...lol.

Use Iobit uninstaller free. It clean completly the registry and folder of EVGA precision XOC. You have to set again all of your setting after reinstalled. http://www.iobit.com/en/advanceduninstaller.php

No way I'm going to use a program that messes with my Registry.

It doesn't mess the registry, it clean the left over of the uninstalled program. Never had problem with it.

OK, I got it. First I went to "Programs and Features" and uninstalled "EVGA Precision XOC" and rebooted. I then went to "Program Files (x86)", deleted EVGA remnants, and rebooted. Problem Solved! No need to mess with the Registry.

Registry is a scary place. I would never use a program that does any amount of cleaning for it what so ever.
