Hotkey or script to rotate the screen orientation

Not sure where to post this, but is there a hotkey or a script I can run to flip the orientation of my screen? I have a DELL U2410 and was pretty disappointed it didn't auto-rotate the desktop when rotated.

    Open the Nvidia control panel, and set the rotation to "Portrait" in the section shown below

    There is hotkey
     
    CTRL + ALT + arrow key
     
    You can use arrow left, right, up, down to quickly change screen orientation to any desired position. It seems that this feature is not documented, but it works on all XP, Vista and Win 7.

    That doesn't work for me on Win7

    Hmm sorry, yes I noticed now that it is not working  for me either, It is working for me on Win 7 and it was working on XP, however I upgraded drivers on that XP so maybe it was some driver feature.
