Here someone:Have 98% usage in benchmark on 720P, on 12900K and 3090 rtx.
I tested benchmark on 720P and have 60-70% usage. I dont know why.

But today i formatted disk today and installed clean windows 11 by pendrive. I will post later if that helped in gou usage in this game.

Someone with 12900K and Rtx 3090, tested on 720P watch dogs legion benchmark have 88-90% usage. DLSS OFF, RT OFF . And have more fps than me.
And i have 65-85% usage.

Also i have the same fps on 720P like on 1080P. The same.
 
 
Now.  Cyberpunk 2077
The same person with 12900K and Rtx 3090, tested on 720P CB2077 benchmark have 90% usage. DLSS OFF, RT OFF, And have more fps than me.
And i have still 80% usage here.

Also i have the same fps on 720P like on 1080P. The same in this game too.
 
 
So i am bottlenecked because system need to reformat and clean install ( something broken ) , update bios or maybe because i have DDR4 3600?

So dont worry about that if switching between DLSS <ON><OFF>or between balance,quality,performance i am stuck at the same fps on low res?

I am normally on 1440P.

I know but i want to be sure if on low res i dont have any cpu bootleneck.
 
I tested now Watch Dogs. On 1440P i have 85% usage. On 720P 55% usage and the same fps like on 1440P. For example 90fps on 720P. I switching to 1440P and 90fps still on screen . Maybe update bios?

To up your gpu usage at low res simply use a slower gpu. You'll then move the bottleneck back toward the gpu by using a slower graphics card, but you'll also get lower fps. lol.

You will have a CPU bottleneck at low res. It is normal to.
Why waste your time trying to tweak a bottleneck which you will never normally experience?

90 fps at 720p & 1440p sounds like some sort of cap is being enforced either by the graphics driver, some piece of system software such as a gpu tool like evga precision, or a game fps cap.

90fps was example. No matter what fps.
 
I launch game on 1440P. Have 81fps. gpu usage 93%.
Change to 720P. Still 81fps. Usage 60%
Change to 1080P. Still 81fps. Usage 80%

This is not normal? Why i have such bottleneck on 12900K?


I updated bios,formatted disk and still no go.

Yeah, not normal. Maybe a setting on your monitor is capping the fps.

I have default settings in windows 11 . I have memory in GEAR 1. Maybe try on GEAR 2 or that doesnt matter?

Oki but someone test for me with the same pc, on win 11 2H22 this game and not have issue like me. I dont know what is going on here.
Should i format again and try win 10?

Yes, try windows 10.
 
Other things to check...
 
#1 Make sure your cpu & gpu are running at their advertised speeds when you're playing the game. This can be checked with hwinfo.
#2 Make sure your gpu is running the correct bus interface mode while you're gaming. This can be checked with gpu-z.

Yes i am using msi afterburner. GPU CLOCKS normal. Cpu clock 4880mhz

When i turn on RT to ULTRA,and DLSS OFF i have 99-100% gpu usage.
 
But on cpu : 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 cores was reporting 85-90% usage. Is this possible?

So question why i had issues with usage on win 11 22H2 when somebody not?

I am currently downloading Watch Dogs. But i tested fast 3dmark firestrike. So on 720P i have 350fps gpu usage 75%
On 1080P usage 85% 250fps. And on 1440P usage 95% 150fps . Is this fine if fps is different?
