Have to unplug then plug usb for Z15 almost every time I start my PC?

What’s with this? Is mine just a bad keyboard that I need to rma or what? This is the only keyboard this has ever happened with. Even just after a restart the keyboard needs to be unplugged….

    Make sure that the firmware is up to date by installing the latest version of Unleash RGB. Also if you're running AMD motherboard I'd suggest making sure that your mb bios is up to date and or plug the keyboard into a regular USB 3.0 port.

    Double check your motherboard bios settings as there may be something there for 'legacy usb devices' or something to that effect which treats usb input devices the same as native ps2 ones.

    delete and reinstall the program also update the bios
